I really enjoyed the experience. Caliber communicated progress on the car throughout and I had a clear idea on what was happening and what to expect. The work on the car was of outstanding quality and I always felt taken care of very well. Furthermore, I appreciated the help with arranging a rental car during the time work was performed. Everyone was incredible!! German made me feel great about the repairs and fixed them faster than I thought, Regina was so nice and even lent me her phone charger and Al was super friendly. Car repairs can be very stressful but this was awesome and oddly enjoyable!
