Regina and Herman were amazing, they are knowledgeable and personable, they made an unfortunate and fraud situation (where my car got hit by someone else while stationary) much more tolerable. I was nervous about it since this was my first time dealing with this kind of situation, they were patient, warm and professional, and the work was impeccable. I would recommend the shop, especially Regina and Herman to anyone who’s in need for body works!

It was such a wonderful experience, dealing with caliber collision in Port Chester, New York. Herman and Regina were just terrific! They were both extremely kind and they thoroughly explained every step of the process. I would definitely recommend the Portchester location. What a great experience!

very pleased with outcome. Would have liked to have the estimate earlier since the other driver offered to pay. Now he refuses since he wanted to get an estimate from his body shop which he claims would have been much lower.
