I was impressed by Caliber Collision’s consistency in communication. Each week I received an average of two text messages per week updating me on the status of my vehicle’s repair. I also want to highlight how above and beyond the team here is. On my car due date for pickup, German communicated with honesty letting me know that my vehicle still needed more time, although I was on time, in the shop for pick up. He rectified the situation by driving me home and reassuring me that they would drop my car off to me even if it was later in the evening. In fact he did. I did not have to wait an additional day to pick up my car German and the team here stayed until the job was done even late until the evening. I cannot express enough how professional the workmanship here is. I will now be a customer for life.
