loved the communication and understanding with the employees made everything easy and let me know how the process was going. although a bit of my bumper is still sticking out from where it got hit and they forgot to put the front splitter back on before giving my my car. i’m sure the bumper part is due to the fact it was reused from the accident. everything else was finominal.

Di'Jaurie and Jourdan were very helpful and patient as we worked through our insurance to get the repairs. The body shop staff did a great job cleaning the shattered glass out of the car and repairing the dash. It basically looked new when we got it back.
