I am greatly I found a wonderful company to fix my vehicle. Make it look brand new new and drives amazing. After my reck I didn’t think I’d love my car again. But after picking my vehicle up today I fell in love with it all over again. The comfy had great community and wondering team members! Thank you all again.

The only concern I have right now is that quite a few miles were added on my vehicle and a quarter of a tank of gas was used. My radio station was changed to something I do not listen to, and my vehicle has an odor (which that could be because of the repairs)

I received next to zero updates throughout the process, despite my vehicle being there over a month. I had to call the shop, listen to the rep apologize they forgot to call, get an update, and repeat a few days later. No matter how many times they promised to call/text he updates never came. This was way worse than the previous experience I had with Caliber when they were located on Airport road

I am so relieved to get my van back! The work is exceptional it is just like new and our accident damaging the back bumper never happened. I did take off some points for time. It took 3 months to get our van back. Everyone I worked with was kind and apologetic that it took so long.
