Absolutely Not! They Damaged our vehicle and the repair took too long

Caliber Collision caused damage to the passenger side door and the passenger side mirror of my car. Although Caliber claims they did not damage that side, I reviewed the photos submitted to Progressive, and the claims agent agreed that the damage was not present before the incident. The claim is still open with Progressive as we await the outcome regarding the scuff marks. Caliber plans to assess whether a wet sander can buff out the marks on the side mirror and door; however, I believe that they will ultimately need to be painted. I am concerned that resolving this issue will become problematic if Caliber is found responsible for repairing the damage to the door and mirror. Additionally, it took 18 days to repair some minor damage to the front and rear of my car. I had to express my concerns to both Progressive and Caliber about the timeline, stating that if the car would take any longer, I would need to pick it up. Progressive informed me that staffing issues were causing extensive wait times for repairs. Based on my experience, I would not recommend or use Caliber Collision for auto body repairs in the future.

Overall great job, no big gaps were present in the body work and the paint job was also great quality. The headlight that was replaced has a cloudy lense but this is not due to the repairs, it is due to the insurance company forcing them to buy used parts.
