I would recommend Caliber collision any day. Very professional extremely polite staff and work was performed in an exemplary fashion. I have had experience working in body shop and work was top of the line.

I will never recommend these businesses. I had a repair/replacement on a mirror and I dealt with both Lansing and Jackson locations and after several three trips in for pictures, parts were ordered that weren’t right. Hence, over 5 months to have the job completed. Ridiculous!

We are completely satisfied with Mike and the work done by his crew. I would however recommend that when the interior of the car is exposed during the repair process that it be protected from shop dust etc.

The body work performed to vehicle was done properly and in a timely manner over the course of the time it was worked on mileage and fuel was used that I was not happy about and felt the fuel could have at least been replenished since I did not push them to get it back to me right away DISAPPOINTED will not be giving a good reference
