Our situation was an emergency and in the face of waiting for parts to complete, they were courteous, explained what I asked for more context on, and provided regular updates. And they finished the repairs early. Quite satisfied

Terrible shop! STAY AWAY from this shop especially in Jackson MI. The manager talks ur ear off so you can’t even explain what you want done. Also when I got my car back they had swirl buff marks all over my car, which the manager told me that they were from them forgetting to polish after painting and using the wrong towel. Also my headlamp wasn’t sealed correctly, they put different color lights in my car, bolts missing from places and laying in my seat. They also forgot a splash guard for my car. When I took my car back they didn’t fix anything! They made new scratches on my car due to the young kid wiping my car from bottom to top. They didn’t fix the headlamp seal, then tried telling me there was no splash guard on my car in the first place, I’m starting to wonder if it was the same guy that messed my car up hmm? They did put a splash guard on my car, which I won’t be saying thank you since they were the liars. Oh and they told me they had my Kia emblem and they lied! They didn’t have it, Jeff the manager said he wouldn’t know how long it would take to get when as soon as I left, got one on Amazon for $35. Let me see if I’m missing anything…. Nope that’s it

Loved how easy it was to work with your team. Getting the texts to keep us updated as the work progressed was great. Everyone we had contact with was pleasant and professional. The car looks great! You got us in so quickly as well. 10 out of 10!!
