I have always used another body shop so this was the first time with Caliber Collision. They have excellent customer service and do excellent work. Hope I don’t have to use them again but if I need more body work I will not hesitate to let them do the work and will recommend them to anyone needing work.

Work was great and my coordinator was fantastic. Only complaint is lady at front desk is short and clip with you once Caliber has your car. Also she cannot help her height but when a person comes through the door you just hear “can I help you (rather clip like) but you can’t see her. Would be nice if she maybe leaned around the computer monitor to see that there is a person there. Also a smile would go a long ways.

I have had work on my Kia before with Caliber..I was so happy with the results..Michael has excellent Customer Service..so when there was a second mishap... Michael took care my Vehicle...they even cleaned my vehicle..it looked like it did when I pitched it in 2019. I am very happy with the whole team..I have started telling people about you Guys..I give them a 10.
