This message is directed specifically to Clint. I am not trying to get others involved in the preparation process involved into a situation that is directly involved to clints supervision. I Jeff specifically did in fact ask Clint whether or not the actuator part of the door needed to be replaced before starting work and before getting the estimate, I also asked Clint if the estimate was complete, he was in error on BOTH acounts and later blamed me to my wife in an ugly manner. Regarding what the scope of the work was to be done in what I agreed to I have a large, large disagreement with Clinton and there's no way to salvage this relationship. Clint has ofended both me and my wife. He was directly informed within an hour of claiming the vehicle that the hanging of the door was too tight. It would not allow the door to close. Instead of Clint owning up to their lack of craftsmanship and lack of making the sure that the door was working correctly, he thought it better to blame Jeff and insult his wife and make us to feel like we're the problem party when the work was not done correctly and I had to swallow my pride and go to a rival autobody shop. I asked their help to rehang the door which to their credit they went and did and save the day over the hard hearted Clint, who made a minor situation into a major backfire! Your group will be getting bad reviews from both me and my wife on Yelp.

You did an amazing job repairing my car! I am so please; however, I noticed when I put some things in the trunk the other day, the material that covers the upper portion of the inside got caught in the trunk door when I closed it. I reopened it and it looks like maybe a fastener was left undone allowing that portion to get caught when the trunk is being closed. I’d like to bring it back for someone to look at it when you can.
