The passenger side of the bumper is sticking out further than it was originally. It appears to not reach the fastener that helps secure it.

The repaired damages to the truck look great. My issues are with the miscellaneous repairs . The detail of the truck was not completed well and part of the estimate cost was that an interior detail would have been made. My truck is actually more dusty than it was from before the repairs. My seats are covered in white dust residue and they didn’t do any effort to get glass out from the door pockets. A seat belt was not even installed properly. Not completely satisfied and the worse part is that I won’t be able to take the truck back in due to my busy schedule

Vehicle was delivered in an unroadworthy and unsafe condition and was brought back within minutes of pickup. Service center was unable to rectify and took the vehicle back in .

There are panel gaps and gaps at the trunk lid. It’s missing fasteners on the driver side bumper. Clear coat adhesion seems subpar.

Caliber collision did not dussapoint. Ive used three times, completly satisued everyvtime. Staff was petsonable, helpful and professional each time. Will consider daliber for future and will not hesitatw to refer calibe collision center.
