I would not recommend Caliber, I could let all the other issues ride, but knowing I now have a vehicle without working collision avoidance on the front when it was working before the repair and Caliber dismissing me to spend money for a dealer repair is not right.

Over all I was please with the repair, however the front collision sensors were working when I dropped the vehicle off for repair but when I picked it up they were not. Took it back and was told they didn’t know what was wrong and advised me to take it to the dealer. This is not satisfactory this is not covered under my warranty and the dealer is now wanting to charge me to fix what Caliber broke and would not invest the time into repairing.

Customer service was great up until the point where I needed them to dig in and find the issue with as to why the front collision sensors were not working, I was shrugged away and told to take it the dealer to have the issue diagnosed.
