An outstanding experience. All I had to do was drop my car off and everything was taken care of by Caliber. Their relationship with Enterprise allowed me to get my rental car at Caliber’s front door and to drop it off at their front door, as well. Everybody at the shop was courteous, from the receptionist, to the estimator, to the person who handed my keys back to me. Superior workmanship and great service. You can’t beat it!

The only thing I would stress is a better communication from your part suppliers in order to get the correct parts needed. Other than that, the truck "shadow dragon" looks like it was never hit. Exceptional quality. I will recommend your company for repairs to anyone who needs them.

They were very great about keeping me updated on the repairs and where they were at on it almost daily! Best repair shop ever! Would give them a 10 or more rating! My car was very dirty on the inside and out when I took it in and looked like a different car when I picked it up! I was really ashamed for them to see the inside when I took it in and was shocked when I picked it up it looked so good! Thank you all very much and would highly recommend you all to anyone!
