They were vety professional, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated regularly...excellent job done on our truck .....very please with everything they done..and cleaned the truck up no dust left on truch.....but I was upset with you all. We didn't have a vehicle for 8_9 days.. Asked about rental vehicle was asked if my vehicle was driveable I daid yes but don't have it . Next words out of her mouth was if the place does not accept what we pay you will be responsible for the remaining amount....and $500.00 deductible.....we have full coverage and have been with your company for many years.we even Pay for insurance on 1997 truck that has not be driven for four years due to transmisson out.... And for another car thats not driven 50 miles since I put that car on our policy due to needing some work....but I still pay my policy.....I am sorry to have said the last part.... But I borrow my daughter car to go get grocies and go to church...that's sad..... .
