I'm glad I do not have to deal with having body work done on my car often. Two months to fix? I think that's absurd but your folks at the shop just shrugged it off, so I guess that's normal. What isn't normal I am sure is that when I picked the vehicle up the grill was still damaged and the front bumper fascia was still scratched. When I let the people in the office know they acted like I was inconveniencing them. not sure what to make of that. They just completely ignored about a third of the repair.

The customer service was amazing! Nicole really helped me get my car done within the timeframe that i mentioned to her. I know I through a curve ball with wanting my vehicle at a certain time but Caliber Collision delivered! Aaron was also very helpful and attentive to what you were saying. If you ever need a repair done, Caliber Collision in Stevensville is the place to go!
