Thdy were wonderful . everything was perfect and my vehicle was washed and so clean inside when i picked it up. it was a mess when i dropped it off. they were very nice.

I thought the paint repair was exceptional, but the condition of the vehicle upon return needs to improve. The areas affected where not cleaned and there was a lot of dust and dirt in the door wells. Besides the parts that were on order and notified about some of the rubber parts were missing and never re-installed. will follow up. Tape and debris was also left in the vehicle to also include pieces of sand papor or emory cloth. Great job but just need to tighten up the delivery to the customer.

I was going to get my car fixed at another local repair shop, but they were too backed up and I wouldn't have been able to get it done for another 2 months. Calliber Collision immediately took my car in for repairs and it was finished within 2-3 weeks. The results looked great-- brand new! The service was great and I felt cared for. I appreciate calliber Collision for everything they did and I would recommended them to anyone. Thank you again!

The control for the mirrors was installed backwards & I currently do not have the time to take back to shop to have the error corrected.

I called the day late in the afternoon the day the car was to be finished, only to find out that it was not finished and that they had to order more parts. I would of expected to be notified of a delay in repair, instead of having to call to learn of the delay.
