Courtney was professional and polite each time I encountered her. I visited twice, and the same person was sitting at her desk. She did not acknowledge me. She was doing something on her cell phone the first time and looking at her computer the second time. Both times, I felt like she could have said "hello" or smiled and nodded at the very least, or said "someone will be with you shortly" if she wanted to make more of an effort. The first time, when Courtney came into the space, she acknowledged me. The second time, another young lady walked in and asked if she could help me. If I were to rate the overall experience, it would be less, but I am rating my experience with the two Caliber representatives who made me feel like my business mattered.
