this is the second time i've had work done at the same location the first time i kept getting excuses same issue parts were missing at time of pickup the work completed was better quality than this most recent experience though

lower bumper and other parts were not replaced with oem parts as requested, fitment looked cheap parts and fasteners were missing at time of pick up

bad mix up between shops one did estimate another was supposed to do the work and no one told me that the estimate could not be moved from one shop to another so my truck had to be sent back to the other shop
