Stellar customer service by Jennifer!! Everyone was up to date on all the questions I had. I was just concerned because they charged me 120.00 to calibrate all the functions of a brand new car that was hit on the rear side panel on passenger side. The car was 2 months old, so felt like that was a scam for extra money. Asked in detail and was told that is standard operating procedure for all vehicles that you repair. Could you please explain what I had to pay that charge?

My car looks beautiful again. I thank you all. Also a little thing I felt was leftover from a Caliber repair from 2015 was also adjusted and I can certainly tell the difference! Thank you all from Jennifer to Kevin. (First and last persons I spoke with). I will always choose Caliber and more importantly probably (I hope) I will always recommend Caliber!
