With out the constant help from one of the employees at caliber, I believe that there is no way that I would have gotten my car back as fast or as cheap, after the insurance company backed out of payment she constantly prodded them for a day until they finally ended up paying, there is no doubt in my mind that if she did not do that for me I would not be in the position I am today, I believe she is an employee that went way above her standard job description and deserves an award equal to that which I received, which was a complete burden lift off of my shoulder and a voice that was on my side, I cannot thank her enough.

My experience was great I was greeted as soon as I stepped out of my car by Jennifer, when I walked in every employee I came in contact with greeted me by name. I was notified every step of the way on the status of my vehicle and it was an extremely quick turn around.
