From the moment we were contacted, we experienced a customer friendly and attentive atmosphere. Everyone was proactive and seemed to know exactly what our needs were. Jennifer reassured us that everything would be taken care of as quickly as possible. As promised, the repairs were complete in less than three days, hence the word "Express". Our 2019 CRV looked new again after being hit from behind by a hit and run driver. Gregory was also very professional as he gave us final instructions when we picked up our car.
