Caliber collision express exceeded my expectations. I had a pleasure of meeting and speaking with every level in the shop, from the receptionist to one of the repair tech. From the moment I walked in I knew it was going to be a good experience. I was welcomed with a smile, the showed and treated me with respect, (the front ladies were amazingly kind unlike other places I have been), My vehicle was treated with respect and the repairs were simply amazing, couldn’t tell it was wrecked at all. And all work were done in a timely manner and I was able to return the rental vehicle at the same location. Now that I liked. I’ Definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent repairs, service with a smile and curtesy. I‘m very pleased with the job they have done ✅.

The ladies at the front made all the difference, they will to support and having the answers to my questions kept me at ease during the entire process. Updates were given every day, multiple times.

The shop was very professional. They kept me up to date on everything that was going on with mth vehicle. they also treated me with respect answered any and all questions that I had in regards to the process and insurance. Initially estimated 3 days was done by the next day. Everyone was great. I had just got off work when I picked up the vehicle and was super tired. They reassured me and even double checked some stuff that was completely unnecessary
