This could have been a 20 but some accessories were lost while the repairs were being done. Lance was very responsive to this and provided sufficient compensation to address this 'glitch' quickly.

I am disappointed with the bumper repair. After the installation, I noticed that the bumper does not align properly with the other side and there is still a visible gap. I had to return twice to have the issue addressed. During my final visit, I was told that this was the best they could do and that the gap could not be completely closed. I expected the bumper to be installed correctly and to fit evenly on both sides. Unfortunately, the repair quality did not meet my expectations.
