Kevin was great as always. Only complaint I have is that the rental company enterprise is trying to charge us for one day even though our vehicle wasn’t ready till yesterday 7/22/2026. Enterprise is stating that our rental was due back on 7/21/2026 but my vehicle was not ready yet. Thanks

Matthew was fantastic and went out of his way to find the best rates for my parts - saving me $1,000. The paint work and replacement of my driver side light and door looked flawless, like the accident never happened. They even cleaned my! And believe me, it was really dirty! Customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Highly recommend Matthew Leach and the team at Caliber Collision. He was kind, honest, and compassionate! If you need to work with someone, ask for him! Thank you Matthew and your team at Caliber!
