Mr Matt, the adjuster assigned to my claim kept me up to date in everything that was going on during the process. He always responded to my texts and explained and answered my concerns giving excellent advice. When I picked up the vehicle, he walked me through the truck showing and explaining all that was done. Excellent customer service.
