Great Customer Service the two females that helped me since day one were so friendly. I’m very satisfied with the work they did with my vehicle. They told me that my car would be ready on the 10th but it was ready on the sixth. That was great. I believe one of the female names were Rebecca and Cosmina . I recommend if you need your car repaired go to caliber!! ✅💯

Kept vehicle a month to fix scratch told me it’s ready I get a ride pay for it and walk out and my front panel is flopping not secured! Yall make wait 40 minutes only to tell me it’s gotta go back!, here I am a week later and no word, no vehicle

I was told to come pick up my truck a month after having it in the shop only to find out that they had not secured the bumper. After having my wife take off of work early to come pick up my vehicle, I see that they had not properly secured the front bumper. (Something I would have thought would have been checked before releasing the vehicle.) They had to take the truck back to the shop and almost a week later, I still have no vehicle. Not only was it not inspected properly before calling me to come pick it up, now my wife will again have to leave work early to help me pick it up whenever it is ready. There has been no rush to repair the bumper, something that I feel should have happened due to lack of inspection and inconvenience on their part. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
