I am iffy about the fit of the hood. Before I could just close it and now I have to slam it down to get it to look properly aligned. When I picked up the vehicle it was completely wrong and they adjusted it before I left, but I'm not sure I'm satisfied with it. I may bring it back.

The hail dents were all repaired, but there were scratches left on my vehicle that were not present when I initially turned it in

In my first collision I used paceline and they called my everyday to tell me about the status of my car, car was ready a day before the estimate and they called my a week after to make sure that the repair was good and I don't have any problems. Caliber never did.

Customer Service

The service is impeccable. Josh really went above and beyond to ensure I was well cared for. He's definitely an invaluable asset to Caliber as well as USAA, as his representation of both companies is beyond reproach. I was extremely disappointed with the receptionist, Tashana (may not be the correct name, I can't remember exactly how she said her name.) Her attitude toward me as a customer was one of disdain and she was apathetic at best. She treated me as if I were inconveniencing her and her overall attitude seemed to imply that I should be grateful she paid any attention to me at all. On one occasion, I called to speak with Josh and she sounded annoyed and hung up on me. She definitely is doing a disservice to the company and the employees at Caliber because she will often be the the first encounter for customers and will leave a bad first impression. The rest of the staff, as well as the other receptionists, are excellent.
