The trucks muffler that was repaired is longer than the original muffler and not in line with the bumper as it should be. Also, the "detailing" job is horrible on the vehicle. There are visible spots that were missed as well as mud from the tires spinning. I will be returning the vehicle Monday so that the repairs can be repaired however I want the repairs, repaired at the spring location. Never, have I had a collision and had my vehicle returned in this condition. I am VERY unsatified. Not only has the neglect of the craftsmanship of the vehicle going to cost us time, when my husband returns on Monday he will be without transportation due to his vehicle having to go back into the shop. What is caliber going to do about that? Your costing us time and excess money now.
