I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown to me by Kayla, and your receptionist Maria. The repairs that were done on my Chevy tahoe were completed in a timely fashion, and the quality, and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations, the fact that I was picked up at Caliber by Enterprise rental cars,and I was able to leave the rental at Caliber when my Tahoe was completed was an added bonus, I will definitely be recommending Caliber to friends and family

Vehicle completely dirty on the inside, covered with white dust and white dust particles stuck to certain plastic parts. Interior was not correctly masked off during repairs, if at all.

Stephanie was AWESOME. She thoroughly explained the process and I knew exactly what to expect. She kept me updated on the timeline so I didn’t have to wonder when my car would be ready. Personable, kind, funny, and genuine, Stephanie made what could’ve have easily been a burdensome experience into one in which I barely needed to participate.
