First of all I want to thank Ms. Pauline (I think that's her name). She kept me informed throughout the whole process. I really appreciate that. She's very professional and you can tell that she knows and likes her job. Very knowledgeable. If I had a question she would quickly respond. I'm so happy for the repairs. They look great and they were done in a timely manner. I very satisfied with everything.
