Pauline was amazing! Her detailed analysis of the damage and knowledge of her pricing for repairs enabled her to give me a ballpark figure for repairs. After she finalized her quote she had hit the mark with her original ballpark figure. Impressive! Pauline talked to me like a real person not the subject of a sales pitch. The updates via text kept me posted. There were only a few updates because they finished the repairs in two-three days which was 5 days ahead of schedule!!! I am so grateful for the quality of the work, the professionalism of the team, and the cleanliness of my car and the shop. Finally, the final cost was 20% less than the estimate. The existing spoiler was able to be saved, repaired, and repainted. The savings was a huge help since I was paying out of pocket. Thank you! Grateful customer 😊

When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, we noticed the front bumper was not lining up like the other side that was not damaged. The tech said no problem and took the vehicle back to get it to line up. Well, he couldn't do it and said they needed to order a bracket and pick it up from the dealership down the street. This turned into another day or two behind schedule. THEN, yesterday we look up at the headliner and see greasey stains where a mechanic touched the area and left dark stains... THIS IS A BRAND NEW CAR WITH LESS THAN 3000 MILES ON IT!!!
