My Experience

Edward went so above and beyond for me. He helped me deal with the absolute nightmare that is Kemper insurance multiple times every week when they were trying to give me the run around about my rental car. I greatly appreciate him and wouldn’t recommend anywhere else after having such a great experience with the communication and helpfulness I received from Edward. I honestly probably would have lost my marbles if not for him. Thank you, Edward!!!

I had an amazing experience at the Tomball location. Edward Carmack was so patient, professional and has great personality (if you read this… thank you so much, again!). I got updates every day and when I had to text/ call them, always got a reply right away. The front desk was very friendly, also. My car looked brand new after the body repairs and was washed and detailed. I recommend this location to anybody that wants the service done right and very professionally.

I am VERY upset with Omar and the way he released my car with the bumper completely out of alignment and the wheel well falling apart. I have it now going BACK AT YOUR SHOP under the care now of Edward after he gets the parts in he will let me know and I will then take it back in to be properly repaired. So... for now I am VERY UNHAPPY.

A big thank you to Edward at Caliber Collision in Tomball. Edward and his team did an amazing job fixing my truck. It looked as if it had never been in an accident. He kept me informed about the progress so that I could plan accordingly. Everything that he said he would do when he did the appraisal was done. I will definitely use them again if the need arises and I will let my friends and family know. Thanks again.
