Quality of painting job was poor with several drips and overpaint spots. Initially repair was done using non original parts from rear bumper and caused missalignment. Above defects were not spoted by Caliber and was pointed out by customer. All had been corrected and took one week more of waiting.

Just keep up the excellent customer service because sometimes that’s very hard to find. I also appreciated the frequent updates regarding the progress of the repairs for my car. I will be using the same Caliber Collision location on FM1960 in the future! Keep up the great work!
