during date of pick up my car was no way ready to be picked up, due to paint issue and lift gate issue but yet i was called to come pick up my vehicle in disappointment. I didn’t want to leave this bad review, but I have been consistently getting text messages for this. I brought my car to Caliber thinking I would get 10 out of 10 service.

Nash had amazing communication with me and kept me in the loop throughout the process. In addition, she hassled with Fred Loya to make sure the supplemental estimates were taken care of in a timely manner. Caliber Collision also had a great relationship with Enterprise ensuring I had a vehicle at the time I dropped off my car and the rental car turn-in was seamless thanx to the team there. The car looks amazing and I wouldn’t chose any other collision shop ever again.
