I had a very positive experience with the staff. Everyone was professional, courteous, and very helpful. I was assisted promptly when I arrived, and they went above and beyond by providing me with bags to collect my personal belongings from the vehicle without me even having to ask. They also provided me with the tools I needed to remove the license plate from the car. I truly appreciate their thoughtfulness, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

Met Mr Gilbert week prior to leaving on a cruise and received a quote with an agreement to have my car delivered by a service garage next door when their work was completed. Dropped car off at service garage before cruise, when they finished, they transferred the car to Caliber. Mr. Gilbert called several days ago to say painting was complete, but wanted to keep car a couple of days to allow it to cure. I arranged to collect today and my prized 2004 Thunderbird looks great. Thanks.
