You made the entire process simple, including dealing with the insurance company and the rental car company. The final result was PERFECT, and nobody would ever know there had been a problem. Very pleased with:- - customer service, courtesy, professionalism, warmth, feeling of genuine care - speed of service - even got car back in less time than anticipated - car was returned washed and vacuumed- pleasantly surprised! - work done on car was well done. Special mentioned to person whom I worked with when I got to the office and dropped off car: Dalton and Adjustor Esteban Rodriguez whom I met when I picked it up . Dalton met me thr day I came in. He was friendly, professional and made me feel that I was in good hands. The receptionist - sorry I forgot her name- is a good ambassador for the company! Friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. Esteban whom I met when the job was finished - went over everything, regarding repairs, and I was pleasantly surprised at your service - car was washed and vacuumed. I loved the Caliber communication process. Understanding when the work would begin, the cost estimates, the updates on progress, being able to easily reach out for communication, etc. was incredibly helpful and I felt like I knew exactly what was going on the whole time.
