I loved the Caliber communication process. Understanding when the work would begin, the cost estimates, the updates on progress, being able to easily reach out for communication, etc. was incredibly helpful and I felt like I knew exactly what was going on the whole time.

It was very surprising because I know you guys a long time now but for you to make a repair and leave the car as filthy as it was, the door handle was filthy with greasy substance.It took us three or four pieces of sanitary wipe just to clean it that we could hold the door. this is very unacceptable.

La atención fue muy buena y de verdad muy rápida, la entrega del carro fue antes de lo previsto pero la compuerta trasera le quedó un pequeño subido al abrir pero lo dejaré así para no quedarme más días sin carro, de todas maneras estoy muy agradecido
