The service advisor Brayan Rodriguez was absolutely amazing. So kind, empathetic and very knowledgeable. The girl Yai at the front desk was nice as well as Lilliana. I recommend this business 100% if you ever need to have your vehicle repaired. Not only they do an excellent job in repairing you vehicle but they also have that human touch.

I received very courteous service. The staff was kind & helpful. Because the damage was partially underneath the car I can’t give a review because I lack knowledge to know what was damaged on that bottom area & how it was repaired; I am trusting that it was done well. The visible bumper area damage I saw now looks alright.

1. My initial experience dropping off my vehicle was disappointing. The representative who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional, which created a negative first impression. 2. The constant back-and-forth communication between Progressive and Caliber was frustrating and appeared highly unprofessional. The lack of coordination caused unnecessary delays and confusion throughout the repair process. 3. The repairs did not meet my expectations. There was a noticeable lack of attention to detail before the vehicle was returned to me, leaving the work feeling incomplete. Overall, I am dissatisfied with both Progressive, specifically my representative Ashley, and Caliber Repairs for the quality of service and the overall experience.

When I dropped off the car, I asked the gentleman to provide a quote for a small area on the front left that had been pushed in. This was separate from the claim. He said it would be easy to push out since the bumper would be off, and they would contact us with a quote. He circled the area in red and wrote “ customer pay” on the car in huge letters. The car was done 2 weeks early, which was great, but no one ever called us to say they couldn’t fix it or provide a quote. So now the one side with repairs looks super great, (thank you), but we still have the dent on the other side. I mean there were huge red letters…someone just erased them and moved on.
