When I dropped off the car, I asked the gentleman to provide a quote for a small area on the front left that had been pushed in. This was separate from the claim. He said it would be easy to push out since the bumper would be off, and they would contact us with a quote. He circled the area in red and wrote “ customer pay” on the car in huge letters. The car was done 2 weeks early, which was great, but no one ever called us to say they couldn’t fix it or provide a quote. So now the one side with repairs looks super great, (thank you), but we still have the dent on the other side. I mean there were huge red letters…someone just erased them and moved on.

The men who helped me with the car before and after did a great job explaining what would be done and making me feel important and cared for. My only concern was the young woman behind the counter. Especially when I first came in. She chomped gum vigorously and was not very warm or polite.
