Brian was great from the time I dropped my vehicle off until I picked it up. He explained the repairs and answered my questions. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Both he and the front desk receptionist were a pleasure to work with and made me feel valued as a customer. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to my friends and family in need of auto body repair. Great experience.

Caliber made the whole process much easier and more pleasant than I had anticipated. Both the receptionist and the technician were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions and made me feel valued as a customer. My car was returned beautifully repaired and in great condition. The repair itself looks great. However, it was frustrating to discover that there was a plastic piece missing from the inside handle on the driver's door. This was apparently removed during repair and was not replaced. When I alerted the manager, we waited while he spoke with a team member, who said the piece must be in the cup holder of the car. It was not. (Strange that it would be placed in a cup holder instead of re-inserted behind the door handle as a part of finishing the work.) This was while we were still at your shop picking the car up. Manager said that Bryan, who was my advisor, would contact me once he ordered the part and it came in. I would have preferred this have been done correctly in the first place and not have to travel back to the shop in 45 min of traffic. That was on Friday and today is Wednesday. It's a minor detail, but it communicates that details aren't of concern. Disappointing to say the least.
