Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I took my jeep in for a dent repair estimate on Monday. They took it in the very next day and completed the work by Thursday afternoon. (2 days earlier than estimated). And to my delight, they washed my jeep and cleaned the inside too! I highly recommend this shop 😊

A piece of the weather strip at the bottom of the door wasn't installed back on. A corner of the door pad was unsealed. Now it sounds like the door speaker was not installed correctly or damaged because it sounds distorted. I stopped by about 2 weeks ago now to show them the issues and have not heard back

A lot of suspension work done lot of hours of work put in on my jeep $15458 in damages and parts and labor is a lot 3 months is a long time to be without a ride but I appreciate it getting done right Thank you Also a shout out to Vicky for handling the updated to me via text

I would recommend Calibur to everyone I know. They know what they are doing and I did not one time have to pick up any slack on their part. Communication was 100% and Vicky was amazing.

My Jeep went in with severe hail damage on June 30. The estimate was over 16 grand. Vicki kept me updated on a daily basis, answered all my questions and made the entire process easy and stress free. I will also choose Calibur Collision for all my auto needs in the future. My vehicle looks amazing and they even cleaned it before returning it to me inside and out. 100% Calibur is the absolute best repair facility in Kokomo.

The people were kind and the repair was good. My complaint is that it took over 2 months to be repaired. I live 8 miles out of town and the lease agreement with insurance was for 30 days. I did have a wonderful friend that lent me her car for the extra time that inabled me to make my doctors appointments and other appointments I had made. It was very inconvient.
