The repairs were high quality and the vehicle was cleaned inside and out. Every safety feature was turned on. I like some of them on a Toyota Highlander but there are so many warning sounds that it is overkill so I had to turn them back off. Overall I am happy with the repair.

Most communication is done via text message. I stopped by to request an email due to changing my cell phone which was not working for two days, but on my computer I never received an email.

My car’s paint was bubbling in one area, took it over to caliper, and they kindly fixed it with no problem I’m very happy with everybody in the way it was handled. I am completely satisfied and the quality of work at the Kokomo facility is fantastic.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I took my jeep in for a dent repair estimate on Monday. They took it in the very next day and completed the work by Thursday afternoon. (2 days earlier than estimated). And to my delight, they washed my jeep and cleaned the inside too! I highly recommend this shop 😊

A piece of the weather strip at the bottom of the door wasn't installed back on. A corner of the door pad was unsealed. Now it sounds like the door speaker was not installed correctly or damaged because it sounds distorted. I stopped by about 2 weeks ago now to show them the issues and have not heard back
