The customer service was very good however when called to pickup car it was missing fender clips and bumper part was not replaced. Although apologetic Michael said technician mistakenly disposed of new part and left damaged part on car. Had to wait another week. The vehicle should have been checked before being put out for pickup. Will not choose this business in future if I have another accident.

I’m very disappointed in the way that the Caliber location on Lantana Road and Haverhill treated me and my car. It wasn’t fixed on time and properly. The staff is bunch of lying, unethical, and unprofessional people. Needless to say that I’m very upset with the service
