Car took full two wks to repair and mirror still wasn't fixed when I picked it up so I had to go back days later. Back seats were filthy and old parts were left in car. Driver side door was scratched up where no repair was necessary.

Even though my insurance covered the repairs, my only concern was that I was originally quoted one price and the final bill was almost double the amount.

Overall I appreciate the staff's friendliness and attention to what was needed. I had to take my car back as there was a tiny scratch that I missed to include in the claim. Zac was kind and he fixed it. My only disappointment was the length of time it took to fix my car. I was told my car was going to be ready by Wednesday but when Wednesday came it didn't happen. Another one is the cost, I was surprised it cost that much to replace a rear window and a small scratch on the body. (the window is only $275 at Safelite)
