Estimated time jumped from 6, to 16, day to no estimated time.. Over a month to fix a bumper and side dent, I was told I would be updated by rep proactively not once has this happened. You sign the waiver it seem so you can't complain about the estimated time. Makes me think they charge the insurance company per/day for holding the car. When you call for an update the rep is always at lunch regardless of the time. I have to reach out at least 3 times to get an update, I requested a part I could of express shipped and clip on myself that seems to have added an additional week. Spoke to the manager once and be said car would be done based on what he read in the computer, it was a week after. Seems like there is absolutely no sense of urgency in getting repairs done, I don't understand how it's one thing at a time as what held up the cat in the end is a tire issue.

Still on the Fence with Color match, I'm letting the paint continue to cure. There seems to be some overspray, adhesive or Clearcoat damage on the front fender. I will make some time to run up to the shop and they can take a look. .
