From the moment I contacted Caliber Collision, everything was perfect! From appointment confirmation until pickup. Judith was EXTRAORDINARILY professional, kind and very informative. Not only did she maintain communication throughout the repair duration, she also kept me up to date and informed on the steps and processes of what was happening. Most of all, kindness and professionalism spoke volumes. Getting a vehicle repaired is a stressful time but Judith made me feel comfortable and at ease with everything. Also, Jordan was great with dropping off/picking up for my vehicle. He was on time and efficient with everything. This experience with Caliber Collision has now helped me to always consider their business for vehicle repairs. 5 ⭐️

Katie Sullo was super friendly and professional and did an amazing job of keeping me updated regularly about the status of the car. The car was even done much quicker than originally estimated to be done and looks amazing. And the staff at the front ( whose names I can't unfortunately remember) were extremely friendly when I came to pick up my vehicle.

Rich was very helpful from the very moment that I dropped my car off. I loved how welcoming the front desk lady was, she was so helpful with getting my rental in order for me.
