I have absolutely no complaints., in fact, I think my car is running and driving smoother than before the accident now, I think they fix things that I didn’t even know was messed up. They did a really good job!!

The original estimate did not match the final one which is fine, but we never received a phone call to go over the difference. They had to add a new bumper and other parts. I specifically said I wanted OEM parts when I originally brought my car in for the estimate. They never said that would be a problem. I picked up my car and the new bumper they put on (they originally said they wouldn’t replace the bumper just fix it) is about as thin and flimsy as a red solo cup. I feel like the parts are so cheap and have now diminished the value of my car. They also had to replace the plastic piece above the tire and the quality of that isn’t great either

Front desk was nice, but again no one called me to say “hey I know the estimate we gave you says this but we are actually going to do this” and at least give me a chance to confirm what they are doing and what parts they are using
