I was completely satisfied with the work they did on my car after hitting a 🦌 deer. They also cleaned the interior 😁 and fixed the lock on my driver's door. Very courteous at the front counter. The only thing we had a problem with was that they don't take cash payments, which I was not told about until we went to pick up the car. I appreciate that the work was don't 2 days early. But I was told that it's unlawful to refuse cash as payment. After it says "THIS NOTE IS LEAGAL TENDER FOR ALL DEBTS PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ". I googled it and have gotten mixed answers. What's the law in NY State?

From intake to picking it up, the entire experience was second to none. Repair finished 3 days ahead of schedule, and kept informed throughout the entire time. I was even able to drop my rental off with them. They even did an interior detail! While I hope to never need a collision shop again, I would bring it here without second thought if I did.

From what I read on my report the shop did a great job, they kept me well informed as to the progress & finished a week earlier than it could have taken if the parts were not available. In addition they washed the car & seemed to have cleaned the inside. My daughter told us you had a good reputation & I can see why. Thanks.

You did a great job repairing the damage on the car. While you said it may take 2 weeks the parts came in quickly & the car was done in 1 week. I appreciated that, it saved me money on the car rental also. Also. I got a form from the insurance company about some NY law which needed to be filled out by both myself & Caliber. I didn’t have all the information they required. I called (this is 2 weeks later) & the ladies in the office said just sign my part & send it to them, they would finish it, include the paperwork required & return to insurance company. I could have had to drive it back to you, 50 miles to get it completed. Again, I appreciated that also. You did a great job.

Scott and Paul and just everyone was so nice ! They made my experience unforgettable they kept me up to date throughout the whole process , finished my repairs before the expected date but not only that made my vehicle look brand new as if it never had been hit , vehicle holds sentimental value and they understood that ! This will be my go to shop! I really appreciate them and the hard work they don’t but not only that I appreciate how easy they made the entire process . They genuinely care and doing repairs was more then just a job to them I feel the genuinely are invested in making each customer happy and take their time which each vehicle to the whole team thank you! I appreciate you all

They were close to my house, that's about it. They did clean the inside of my vehicle.

The repairs aren't done. Wrong parts ordered a couple times. Headlight on backorder. Picked up my car. The work that was done was good, but it took 3 weeks instead of 1, and when I took it for my original estimate, I had to wait for the guy to show up to work, who no longer worked there 2 days later. Communication stopped as the one who took over had something medical happen so after reaching out a few times, someone else made contact.

I have always used caliber and I’ve never had this many things come back on my vehicle not fixed. I find new things every day that were not replaced correctly
