The people at Caliber Collision in Lockport NY were absolutely fantastic. They made me aware of everything that needed to be done and when parts came in and things they were still waiting on. Ron was absolutely fantastic and helpful along the way. 10/10 will only be using their services from now on

Caliber does a great job and employees are polite and helpful. However I will not be returning to them in the future as security is practically zero. 4-5 cars were broken into including mine. The cars were NOT locked. Cars should always be locked. Gated fence is so low anyone could get in. NO security cameras. This is a newer building and cannot believe there were No Security cameras!! Even police officer was shocked at not locking cars and no cameras.

The whole time was an issue I was without my car for 4 weeks I dropped it off 7/24 and just now todya got it back 8/13 I called when they said it was going to be that long to see if I could pick up the car and bring it back when the parts were in and was told “ that’s not how it works sweetheart” I have your car torn appart you should have rental coverage on your insurance policy it’s only a little extra a month to have and it saves a lot of people the hassle which I thought I had or else I wouldn’t have filed the claim at all then got a call yesterday 8/12 saying it would be ready 8/13 I called in the morning to see if it was ready and they said no and it might not be be ready til 4-4:30 I had a ride set up for lunch time to get it during lunch time oh no it might not be ready then an hour later they say they rushed around to get it done for me I get there they told me the wrong amount to be charged I had to tell them what it was I leave and I get back to work something is scraping on the ground I call them back and they say they were not near that area and they don’t know how it happened they asked if I could bring it back and said no bc it was rubbing on the ground (they did go out of there way to come to my work and check it and helped take the heat shield off for me) I get out of work tonight and see there is paint on my windshield go to the car wash and it didn’t come off so I will be going back tomorrow to get that fixed as well!

upon picking my vehicle up things were missing and i was told that caliber is not responsible but that someone jumped their fence and broken into vehicles and my stuff missing is simply not anyone’s problem after paying a $500 deductible now i have to come up with the money to replace the belongings stolen from my vehicle, definitely will never bring my car back again and will make sure no one i personally know does either! what a joke
