parts were delayed, repair took more than insurance allotment of 30 days. Still not sure if I will be charged the extra 4 days. Also, when the repair was done, I got a call at 3:30pm on Friday to get my car. I was away for the weekend. More notice on expected retreival time would have been helpful, esp. considering overdue w/r/to rental car. Those are my only complaints.
