I was kept informed often on the status of vehicle which was great and it looked and drove nicely but I found loose screws holding door panel on the passengers front door jam that were not tightened along with missing molding clips.

Kyla, the receptionist, secretary and or office assistant was amazing at her joy. She gives excellent customer service. Always having available, coffee to popcorn but more importantly the paperwork was always already and she even mailed it out for me.

Girl (wish I could remember her name) that meets you at reception could not have been anymore helpful or pleasant during entire experience. She made it stress free handling insurance and car rental. Tony(I think name is correct) was awesome. Never had this good of experience at any garage my entire life. Repair work was great. Could not recommend them enough.
