Ian was communicative the day I dropped the car off but nothing after that. When I picked the car up the paint job had drips and the door handle needed attention. Ian was going to call me the next day but never did. I called after the weekend and spoke with the manager I believe. Still need my car looked at for fixes which is completely inconvenient. It also took 22 days to repair which seems very lengthy to me.

Car had to be transferred to another location due to staffing issues, this added days to the repair cycle, NOT HAPPY. In addition I found a defect in the work that still needs to be addressed, AGAIN, NOT HAPPY.

Then I find defects in the repair that no one seems interested in addressing, NOT GOOD BUISNESS PRACTICE,SUB STANDARD

My car was and still is very dusty and dirty from the repair. I spent my afternoon cleaning it and still not up to the cleanliness level that I left it in your care. No I found interior damage from the repair. Also my front piece was damaged during reassembly. Also I paid a $500 deductible .

Even though they completed the work, the craftsmanship is terrible. They left my car completely dirty. Some of the molding is not attached correctly. They broke a piece reassembling my car and communication is terrible.

Very happy with the team there. They explained the steps and actually completed the repairs 2 weeks earlier than the original estimate, which saved us a lot in rental car charges. So saving money made me very happy. Even looking at having other work done.

great service. the coordination of the rental car with Enterprise was very slow. we waited an hour and a half for the car. I was told that the car would be at Caliber waiting for me. I was disappointed by that.
